What is dLive?
dLive is Allen & Heath’s flagship digital mixing system.
The dLive S Class was created for professional touring, broadcast and premium installation.
dLive C Class makes the power of dLive available in an accessible, compact format, making it ideal for corporate AV, houses of worship, regional rental companies and theatres.
dLive is based around the MixRack engine – all audio processing takes place here, and as such, the MixRack engine can work standalone, without any control connected if need be.
However, in most situations we would like to control it from one of the following control options:
- dLive Director
- iPad Application
- MIDI control
- External Control from Crestron/AMX/EXtron
- External control from another Allen & Heath product through scene recall
- Custom Control
DM64 & S7000
For the ultimate in hands on control, reliability and high channel count, the DM64 MixRack and S7000 Surface is recommended.
High profile users such as Coconut Sound and Keep Sound System use this successfully for Studio and Live work.
CDM32 features 32 inputs and 16 outputs locally on the machine, but can access an additional 128 x 128 channels through the IO slot. This can be outfitted with a waves or Dante card for the ultimate in touring mixers.
Director software can control all functions of the dLive MixRack. With the additional of two touchscreens it gives full hands on control in a cost effective and easily packable format.
